I've been a fan of TV and movies for as long as I can recall and have been involved in fandom before it ever made it onto the internet :-)
I started out in fandom with a love of Classic Star Trek and Blake's Seven followed by involvement in a number of other fandoms and favorite actors - V (Michael Ironside), seaQuest, Eric Close, Nick Lea, Vin Diesel and Karl Urban (Riddick Movies), Michael Biehn, The Magnificent Seven, David Hewlett and Stargate Atlantis, Colin Ferguson and Ed Quinn better known as Jack Carter and Nathan Stark in Eureka, Luca Marinelli and Marwan Kenzari as Joe/Nicky from The Old Guard and more recently, Zhang Zhehan and Gong Jun as Zhou Zishu/Wen Kexing from the amazing Word of Honor.
Currently I'm obsessed with Asian dramas: modern gay (BL) such as Advance Bravely and A Tale of a Thousand Stars (1000 Stars), but especially Xanxia (Fantasy) and Wuxia such as Word of Honor, The Untamed, even HET romances such as the Eternal Love series, and also horror/supernatural series such as Hellbound, Tale of the Nine-Tailed and Hotel Del Luna.
There are plenty more movies and shows that I simply adore such as The Yin-Yang Master: Dream of Eternity, Jurassic Park, Primeval and any kind of disaster movie/TV like The Walking Dead, World War Z, The Day After Tomorrow, The Last of Us, Greenland... the list is endless and is not all zombies!
The next question is WHY would anyone want to friend me?
Hmm... well I post fairly regularly, though hopefully not so much that you'd throw your hands up in despair, screaming and running away. I don't mind playing the odd meme and quiz game and I will share links to my latest fiction here as well as any graphics I create - icons, wallpapers etc. I do have the very rare rant about the unfairness of life and have been known to use the occasional swear word - evil grin.
